Refund Policy
Introduction
At notifyBreach, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of digital and service-based cybersecurity offerings, we have established the following refund policy:
- Refunds will not be provided once a service has started or been delivered.
- If a client cancels a service before work has begun, a partial refund may be issued (up to 80%) depending on the stage of preparation and administrative costs.
- If you are dissatisfied with the quality of a delivered service, please contact us within 7 days. We will review the case and may offer:
- A revision of the service
- A partial refund (at our discretion)
